As the customer marketing and analytics intern you will assist in the creation and maintenance of customer models including predictive analytics, lead scoring, segmentation, etc., help in gathering and prepping data for analysis and utilization, and assist in the design and maintenance of analytic dashboards and reports. You’ll also gain experience in the creation and organization of marketing communications documents and resources, assist in maintaining marketing campaign project management tools, and work with marketing communications channel experts and learn how to best converse with customers.

Required Skills

Applicants for this internship should possess a general understanding of marketing processes and best practice, have a passion for and an understanding of customer relationship marketing, some experience with marketing analytics tactics and tools, and knowledge of Excel. Database and statistics experience a plus.

Additional Information

This is a paid internship opportunity that requires approximately 20-40 hours per week during regular business hours for 15 weeks, starting on May 8, 2017 and ending on August 18, 2017.
