Job Description

The Communications and Social Media Intern will be assisting in social media and marketing communications.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •          Write new content for the marketing team and edit as needed
  •          Manage all social media accounts for InMoment, including the research and posting of InMoment           + third party content on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Plus, Facebook, and Instagram
  •          Work closely with Marcom/Digital Marketing managers on marketing campaign strategy and      execution
  •          Engage with partners, clients, and industry influencers on social media
  •          Assist in building and launching additional InMoment-related social accounts
  •          Research and implement best practices and provide regular reporting and analysis of social media      performance for marketing leadership
  •          Assist in project management within marketing department
  •            Assist with events and other marketing-related tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Creative problem solving.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to see patterns in data, and to “tell stories” with the findings
  • Moderate knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, and Excel

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE       

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or communications (or currently enrolled)
  • Experience managing social media networks for business (B2B experience preferred)

 

OTHER INFORMATION

  • 20 – 40 hours per week
  • This is a paid internship
