• Keep samples organized by shoot & season in the sample closet
• Keep track of dates when samples can be archived/donated
• Create shipping labels for expedited shipping needs
• Track all samples to make sure they arrive on time
• Keep a running inventory list of samples. In-house, estimated arrival dates for upcoming shoots, etc.
• Organize casting images and scheduling
• Maintain styling kit and foundation garments’
• Prep clothing prior to shooting – steaming & packing
• Assist stylist on set
• Local sample pick ups
• This internship will be paid

• Passion for fashion and styling
• Eye for detail and design
• Willing to do the tough stuff
• Self-starter
• Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Word
• Ability to forecast trends and look ahead for upcoming seasons
