RocketSource is looking for a customer-centric, data-driven intern to assist executives in the execution of a new B2B and B2C omnichannel digital and content marketing strategy.What you’ll do
Research, brainstorm, identify, forecast and write on-brand targetted content
Help curate and maintain existing content to influence the behavior of customers
Prepare conceptual and visual solutions to complement content
Adopt the RocketSource voice and tone for all internal and external communications
Measure and analyze success metrics of all digital and content marketing efforts
Contribute and drive social media activities (i.e. facebook likes, retweets, etc.)
Assist in coordinating training, webinars, podcasts and other scheduled events to generate brand awareness
Assist in managing Live Chat (LC) with implementation of LC best practices
Actively evaluate CX experiences for the greater good
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
How you’ll fit in
At least an associate’s degree, or equivalent, in Journalism, Communications, English or Marketing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid proofreading abilities
Attention to details
Ability to think quickly and creatively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
Commit to at least 4-6+ months
