PAID User Experience Research Internship at Best Company in Pleasant Grove

Pay: $15.00/Hour

As the User Experience Design Intern, you will participate in research activities and design recommendations for the improvement of the user experience for the Best Company brand, with all communication and interaction points, including the Bestcompany.com website and the affiliated Business Suite product. This responsibility specifically covers the following categories of what a user experience should entail: usable, desirable, findable, useful, valuable, credible and accessible. (See charter )

Duties:
Research.

Help plan, coordinate, conduct or implement, and analyze a/b tests, usability studies, customer interviews, focus groups, click-tests, and other user research as required. Provide documentation of findings and recommendations to Experience or Product team for evaluation and discussion. 75%

Collaborate.

Work closely with Experience Design and Discovery Director and Experience Designer to stay aligned on task objectives and timelines. Communicates with stakeholders as necessary to ensure quality of work and accurate communication of research findings and recommendations. 15%

Design.

Participate in generative ideation and provide concepts for improving product or website. Help create, annotate, and evaluate click-through prototypes, wireframes, etc., for passing on to development team for implementation. 5%

Learn.

Stay up on industry trends and best practices. Coordinate learning experiences for team. 5%
