Intern – Customer Experience Analyst

Zions Bank has an opportunity for an intern to join the Customer Experience Group. This department’s objective is to research the experience of employees and customers to find out what is most important for a positive experience, identifying pain points and creating a strategy for alleviating those pain points. The intern will work on a project focused on millennials – how to market to them and what they want from a bank. The intern will have the opportunity to become involved with a broad range of responsibilities within the department, which could include :

Conduct surveys, set-up focus groups, research and analyze data.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support customer experience improvement.
Produce, evaluate and report findings of market research. Provide analysis of customer experience and retention metrics.
Assist with developing customer surveys. Develop and recommend client service standards that impact the business areas served.
Manage the analysis of service issues and make recommendations on resolution. May make periodic calls to appropriate bank departments, and divisions to research service issues and convey recommendations for their resolution.

Intern – Marketing and Communications

The Marketing & Communications department will have several positions this summer to be focused on Communications, Community Development & Outreach, and Sales Development & Public Relations. The intern will have the opportunity to become involved with a broad range of responsibilities within the department, which could include:

Assisting with on-site event planning, and Zions Bank sponsorship activities
Writing and/or editing copy for various print and electronic publications, including press releases, media stories, brochures, etc.
Assisting with the creative process including graphic design and web development
Project management
Writing for employee audience in social media channels such as blog posts
Some Financial Analysis
Assisting with executing marketing campaigns
Attend marketing strategy sessions
Other duties as assigned
