Mountain America’s Internal Communication team is looking for an energetic individual to share the Mountain America experience for our most important influencers and advocates – our people.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Work on the creation and production of full-funnel internal marketing campaigns that inspire employees to evangelize our brand and core values
- Understand what our people need to bring the company goals, values, and vision to life
- Research products and member feedback to compile messages for daily huddles
- Assist in writing both technical and creative content for the company intranet
- Assist with the coordination of large events including gathering proofs, ordering swag, and doing basic project management
- Learn about different audiences and make proposals for ways to influence these audiences
- Understand basic layout principles to be able to find and place images for digital copy, predominantly on the company Intranet
- Support events including gathering items, set up, tear down, and organization of teams assisting in the event
- Familiar with (or eager to learn) basic HTML, SharePoint, and other back end systems
