Job Summary:
As an Opportunity Innovation intern, you will assist throughout the entire global ideation and opportunity design process. This includes performing market research and gathering intelligence on current beauty & wellness trends, as well as creating product strategy documents and working with cross-functional teams to define overall strategy. You will also assist with key projects supporting the launch of both our 2019 and 2021 initiatives.
Job responsibilities include:
Working with opportunity innovation team on special projects
Gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing customer, category, industry and competitive intelligence; compiling findings and sharing with key stakeholders
Developing presentations and conducting financial analysis
Communicating as needed with internal and external development partners in key activities
Working on ad-hoc projects and assignments
Developing weekly innovation newsletter to be sent worldwide
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Junior or Senior in college, Marketing or Business majors preferred
Great communication and interpersonal skills
