Imagine Learning is an award winning Educational Technology company, based in Provo, Utah. Imagine Learning is offering paid summer internship positions for qualified college students. Participants in this structured and challenging program will join one of our internal teams and focus on specific projects and advancing initiatives within that department. In addition, the internship participants have the opportunity to work closely with other departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Field Enablement, and Customer Care.
The Customer Success team proactively drives successful implementations of our products at both the school and district levels. While working in tandem with counterparts in sales, the CS team strategically guides product usage, building engagement, and customer satisfaction through on-site and remote interactions, trainings, and planning sessions. They effectively apply both an analytical and interpersonal approach to their customer relationships. They use their expertise to coach district administrators, principals, and teacher leaders to ensure a successful partnership, ultimately transforming the lives of the students we serve.
Program Overview
The program requires a commitment to work a minimum of 8 weeks at 40 hours per week. The compensation is $12/hour. Start dates will depend on the school schedules of the Interns accepted to the program but likely May 21 and June 4. Throughout the internship term, all participants will engage in a variety of Customer Success activities including: interactions with customers, end user resource creation, branding initiatives, exposure to the lead generation process and marketing automation platforms, content creation, sales process and tech support process. Interns will have the opportunity to work on significant projects within the Imagine Learning organization which may be added to your portfolio of accomplishments for the future. You will work directly with the Imagine Learning team of employees that are highly creative and obsessed with serving their customers and students. You will also be paired with a mentor from Imagine Learning’s team at the beginning of the summer who will partner with you in setting and achieving your personal development goals.
Your work will take place at our office, located at 382 W Park Circle, Provo UT 84604. Interns are expected to set their work schedule at the beginning of the internship, come to work on time and deliver results. If you do not feel that you can meet these requirements, please do not apply.
Qualifications
- Full-time or part-time college student with a minimum 3.0 GPA or
- Recent college graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications
- Video editing or design experience preferred
