The Documentation team, under Pluralsight Support, creates quality customer-facing documentation on help.pluralsight.com. We work across this fast-growing company with Product, Product Marketing, and other teams to drive positive customer experiences and facilitate self-serve solutions. At Pluralsight, we’re changing the way technology professionals and teams learn, evolve, and deliver. This role is a summer internship (May-August).

Where you’ll advise:

  • You will create articles for the Help Center (help.pluralsight.com) and internal documentation. 
  • You will test product features and review existing articles to ensure documentation is correct
  • You will meet regularly with cross-company partners to understand detailed nuances of new and updating product features
  • You will follow and contribute to team process for reviewing, removing, or adding new documentation
  • You will create, train, and review on product and internal support documentation processes and standards
  • You will advise on self-serve systems to optimize our customer experience, including recategorization, terminology, and tools

Experience you’ll need:

  • Junior student majoring in English, Technical documentation, Communications, Journalism, UI/UX, or related fields.
  • Experience collaborating with teams to achieve a common goal
  • Experience writing process-driven documentation
  • Experience in customer service and taking a customer’s point of view
  • Curiosity and willingness to question processes and systems
  • Strong interpersonal communication and diplomacy skills
  • Desire to understand new or unfamiliar technical systems, processes, and terminology
