As a technical writer intern for IM Flash Technologies, you will be responsible for supporting the documentation needs of multiple departments by creating, maintaining, and enhancing accurate and usable documentation. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Facilitating periodic document reviews
• Monitoring and responding to document change requests
• Maintaining and enhancing documentation processes
• Managing assigned projects and programs
• Partnering with stakeholders to develop content and certification requirements for controlled documentation
• Instructing others on documentation-related software and processes
• Collaborating with documentation contacts from other sites to leverage best-known methods
• Applying technical writing principles and established style guide conventions to documentation
• Driving initiatives to lower document change cycle time and increase document usefulness and clarity
• Maintaining high levels of quality in documentation and projects
• Completing all required safety training and conducting all work in a safe manner
Qualifications:
