Description:
A go-getter with a desire to learn PR strategy and execution for a successful tech startup helping small business owners understand their credit and get access to financing. The PR intern will work with a team of subject-matter experts, content pros, branding gurus and media watchers to craft press releases, refine messaging, manage social and other media mentions and help execute on a multi-pronged PR strategy created by our team. You’ll be getting to weigh in on data releases, survey ideas, pitching strategies and best practices in a company that was recently named by Entrepreneur magazine as one of the Top Company Cultures in the U.S.

If you want to work and learn in an environment that’s team-oriented, results-driven and is positioned to grow significantly in the next year, this is the internship for you.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field. (New grads can also apply.)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior internship in related field
  • Prior experience writing press releases preferred
  • Can work a Monday-Friday 9-5 schedule.

Start Date:
Flexible, but internship will be roughly 10 weeks over the summer
