Social Media Advertising Internship (Provo)

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our agency is looking for an intern to assist with the management and analysis of several major Facebook & AdWords advertising accounts as well as content creation and copywriting for those accounts. You will be working directly for the Director of Advertising Operations and will assist them in the following ways:

• Facebook & AdWords campaign management
• Designing static ads, content creation, copywriting
• A/B testing of ad sets, copy, and landing pages
• Advertising campaign analysis and reporting
• Generally supporting the Ad Ops Director however is needed

This is a small team so be prepared to wear a lot of hats but also have access to opportunities that most agencies wouldn’t offer you for 3-5 years.

ABOUT YOU

You should be a little bit of a unicorn, like a baby unicorn, like a unicorn without it’s horn yet…which is usually just called a horse. In reality, you should be curious, hard-working, and constantly taking initiative. You should be comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers but also capable of designing ads. Any experience with analytics, Facebook / YouTube advertising, social media management, graphic design, copywriting, etc. is a huge plus, though we are fully prepared to train the right person who has some fundamental understanding of these things and a deep curiosity to learn more. Highly favored candidates will have experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Ultimately, you should be fascinated by social media advertising, design, film, writing, entrepreneurship, and eager to learn more. If you check those boxes, reach out.

COMPENSATION

• $12/hour DOE for 20 hours per week
• Work remotely and in your underwear most of the time if you want
• Come along on company retreats (then you’ll be required to put on pants)
