EKR Writing Internship Opportunity — Fall Semester
EKR is the creative agency for brand starts, pivots and turns. Our growing list of clients includes big names like Google, Netflix and Kraft. We’re looking for smart, slightly irreverent, energetic interns to write outstanding copy for a variety of projects.
Please apply if you’re enthusiastic about contributing to marketing initiatives such as ad campaigns, websites, brochures, etc. We want people who love to write and can’t wait to enhance their skills.
Poets make great copywriters. Researchers and essay enthusiasts are great blog writers. And novelists and storytellers are great at developing meaningful campaigns. EKR has work for all of them. Where marketing is more story-driven now, the skills of the English (or similar) major are more relevant than ever.
When you work as an intern at EKR, you’ll receive feedback and mentoring from expert marketers and content specialists. Expect to write and rewrite—and adding to your portfolio. In the end, you’ll come away with more than just an impressive line on your resume.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
- Starts August 28 (orientation meeting will be that day) and ends December 9. The start and end dates are flexible.
- Plan to work at least 3 days a week in 4-hour blocks (8–12 or 1–5) each of those days at our office in downtown Provo. We’ll work with you to accommodate your schedule.
- You can receive class credit from your school.
- Internship is unpaid
