• Categorize phone call recordings in the Call Copy library and ensure the appropriate divisions have access to them to utilize in training
• Organize and archive electronic files
• Update the Trainer Manual by adding the updates made to the Participant Manual
• Observe and participate in presenting to new hires, sales representatives and new leaders as well as curriculum development
• Observe coaching sessions with new hires, sales representatives and new leaders

• Great organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills with experience using MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe

Education Requirements:

• Working on a degree in Business, Communications, English, Organizational Communication, Instructional Design, Professional Sales ,r Education
• Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a College or University or are/will be a recent 2018graduate
