Content Writer Intern

Job Overview – What is Success in this Position?

The Content Writer Intern will work closely with the Creative Services department to produce high-quality content for Big Leap clients. This role will report to the Content Project Manager and will be responsible for various writing tasks ranging from blog posts, articles, website copy, metadata and more. Content Writer Interns will be successful in their role by demonstrating the ability to produce content in various styles, tones, and industries with little editing required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Write content for various Big Leap clients
• Proofread & edit content pieces as needed
• Conduct research and ideation for various business industries
• Manage tasks through project management tool
• Utilize Microsoft Office & Google Docs
• Meet with internal fulfillment teams to understand clients brand messaging, content goals and opportunities

Qualifications/Experience

• Passionate about writing & content creation
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a major in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-motivated & detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
• Must be technologically savvy
• Ability to work well within a team
