Students who have participated in study abroad, internships, or other university-sponsored experiences should show, through a single story, how you faced the challenge of connecting your classroom learning to new contexts.
Submission length: 700-800 words for essays and under 4 minutes for Instagram stories. All submissions must be received by October 25, 2019. Writers whose stories have been selected will be invited to revise them for publication in the journal during Winter semester. Published essays will also be awarded $500. Winning Instagram stories will be awarded $100 and appear in the e-journal.
